Fire Cooking Masterclass
Get hands-on with the team from Incendia Events x Eschalot Restaurant for a masterclass in fire, flavour and some seriously good food at The Forage.
With just 10 people per session, you’ll get up close to the action and learn practical skills you can actually take home and use from preparing proteins and choosing the right cuts of meat, to cooking over fire and creating flavour-packed sauces, marinades and condiments.
You’ll get hands-on with protein preparation, including breaking down a spatchcock and cleaning squid, and learn how to make romesco, chimichurri, labneh, spiced honey, marinades, flavoured butters and salts.
And most importantly... you’ll eat!
