If you change your mind or need a different size, we're happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us and we'll organise a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind or size exchanges. If we've made a mistake or your item is faulty, we'll cover the associated return costs.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
